Steve has been with The Villages sales team since 1992. He represents over 1000 homes bought and sold by his customers so far during his career exclusively in The Villages.

Steve grew up in a small farming community in Southwest Georgia with an ethic of hard work, integrity and charity. From humble beginnings his dream was to be a rancher. That dream allowed him to become a cattle rancher and then a thoroughbred horse farm owner and trainer in Ocala Fl. He was fortunate to be involved in training 4 horses that ran in the Kentucky derby, of which one, Affirmed, won the Triple Crown. However his passion for real estate inspired him to change directions in the middle of his life.

Steve found The Villages by an act of providence over 27 years ago and has been blessed to be a part of one of the most phenomenal land development stories in history. His longevity in The Villages is a direct result of the shared values of the Morse family developers and his own, which are a respect for the customer, integrity, wise stewardship, innovation, creativity and plain hard work.

Steve’s highest success is attributed to his faith in the Lord, his loving wife Christie and his beautiful blended family of four boys, one daughter and two stepsons. Steve is blessed to serve his church as well as serving as Vice President on the board of directors of a non-profit charity named E3 Family Solutions, serving Lake and Sumter County children and families.

Steve’s success would not be complete without the loyalty of his customers that continue to allow him to assist them in the selling and buying process as well as referring their friends and family for his assistance in moving to the best community of its kind in the world! Steve is committed to everyone he works with having the best experience possible whether buying, selling, relocation, moving, financing, inspecting, and insuring.
