Steve grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida, after a couple of short stays in Louisville, KY and Upper Nyack, NY.  After graduating from High School in St. Pete, Steve attended Tulane University in New Orleans, LA majoring in Computer Science and Math.  After graduation, Steve moved to the Dallas area to begin his career in Telecommunications where he developed software to enable telephone calls and calling features for traditional landline services, as well as for the early phases of cellular services.  Steve continued his cellular telecommunications career in Boca Raton, FL and for the last 21 years in Columbia, MD.

After making the decision to leave telecommunications in 2020, Steve, along with his wife Gigi, moved to The Villages to fully enjoy the lifestyle that is offered here.  A quick visit to The Villages made the decision to move here a quick and easy one.

Gigi and Steve are also very lucky and honored to have both of their children follow them to The Villages, Middleton, specifically.  Both Tom and Megan are also working for The Villages.  Tom works as a Guest Coordinator, coordinating Lifestyle Preview Stays for future residents and Megan works as a Senior Data Analyst in the Accounting department.  After just a couple of visits to see Mom and Dad, and they decided to move down to join the fun.

Steve also enjoys travelling, meeting people, and enjoying The Villages lifestyle.  In his travels he has visited six of the seven continents and still needs to make it to Antarctica to complete the list, as his parents did. Steve enjoys working with the Properties of The Villages which gives him the opportunity to meet new people and help them learn everything that The Villages has to offer, whether a favorite activity that they love or trying something new that they have always dreamed about doing.  “I look forward to helping everyone achieve their retirement dreams in The Villages.”
