Sonny first visited The Villages in 2015 when he came to visit his wife’s family who bought their retirement home here in 1989. Ever since then, he’s been visiting and watching the area grow and expand, always meeting new people and seeing how they are enjoying “Living the Dream”. He eventually decided this was the place to be and made The Villages his home. At the same time, he joined The Villages Sales Team as a Sales Representative. He admires the culture of kindness, inclusivity, and company integrity.

Born in South Korea, at the age of two his parents moved to North Carolina where he spent most of his life. He graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, known for its educational and leadership qualities. Attending this college, along with his upbringing, instilled strong core values with an emphasis on family and work ethics. These values, as well as respect, quality time, and integrity, guide him in life and business relationships. He will bring these values to elevate your dream home searching experience.

On a personal note, Sonny’s wife also serves The Villages residents with her interior design expertise. Their daughter is a 4th generation villager and attends The Villages Charter School where she enjoys cheerleading. For fun, Sonny enjoys fine food establishments, pickleball, golf, kayaking, and exploring the beautiful natural wonders of Central Florida.

Sonny keeps up with market trends and new infrastructure updates to better serve his clients.
