Sharon began her “lifelong love of real estate” career in 1993 working for three different new home builders in Florida (Pulte, Ryland & DR Horton), then General Real Estate in both Texas (Keller Williams) and Georgia (RE/Max), and now 8+ years in Florida with Properties of The Villages.
Sharon’s parents, Bill and Carolyn, built their dream home in The Villages in 2005. It was then that Sharon and Lance began focusing on moving near their family in The Villages. By 2012, Sharon and Lance made their own real estate dreams come true of selling real estate in The Villages!
Lance and Sharon are very proud of their three children: Scott and Pam, who are thriving in Atlanta, Georgia, and Jennifer, who graduated from The Villages Charter School, and is attending the University of North Florida.
