As a happy resident of The Villages since 2014, Sharon Baldwin knows what it’s like to experience and enjoy all that The Villages has to offer. Sharon acquired her real estate license in 2018 to pursue her long-term interest in the industry and she is now happily serving customers with Properties of The Villages.

Growing up in Iowa, Sharon was gifted the love of music by her grandparents. Throughout school, she played and sang in every in every music ensemble she could and chose to continue that path for her early career. Following high school, Sharon enlisted in the US Army and served for eight years in the Army Band. Her time as a young adult serving in the military instilled a great sense of loyalty and attention to detail, which she values tremendously to this day. After moving on from active-duty service, she enjoyed a very successful 25-year career as an Air Traffic Controller with both the Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Defense.

Sharon’s career has taken her across the country, providing the opportunity to live and work in Texas, Alaska, Alabama, North Carolina, New Mexico, and Arizona. In 2014, Sharon and her husband Scot “stumbled” upon The Villages in what they now call a fortunate accident. They immediately knew it was the right place for them and purchased their dream home in the Village of Lake Deaton. To take her story full circle, Sharon has been able to rekindle her love of music by playing in The Villages Concert Band and The Villages Flute Choir.

Having moved so many times throughout her life, Sharon developed a keen interest in real estate simply from her own life experiences. She acquired her real estate license to help others discover the unique magic The Villages has to offer. Her many relocations have instilled in her a deep devotion to her customers and a commitment to providing a top-notch experience every time.
