Shane’s grandparents moved from New Jersey to Florida for their retirement and his parents followed them before he and his brother Dylan were born. He is a native Floridian and grew up in Kissimmee, FL. He has enjoyed living in Central Florida so much that he obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Marketing in 2018.

Having served in a restaurant and worked for Disney throughout college, he grew to learn the importance of hospitality. Upon graduating from UCF, he worked for Tesla which helped him understand the importance of walking individuals through the purchasing process step-by-step to be a great resource for each of the folks he works with. Shane obtained his real estate license in 2020 with a desire to work in The Villages. With so many enthusiastic, passionate, and active residents to work along-side and serve; he knew that The Villages was something special.

Shane is very active. He is part of a soccer team that plays weekly in Orlando. He is also involved with skateboarding and tennis to keep him heavily active. Shane likes to spend his free time traveling in the great outdoors, including a yearly ski trip and a yearly hiking trip.
