Born and raised in The Villages, Sara and her family have been a part of The Villages community since the late 1980’s. Sara had the opportunity to attend The Villages Charter School from day one and is a VCS graduate. She then went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, and received her Master’s Degree at Nova Southeastern University in Business Management.

Sara has worked for The Villages in many capacities before starting as a Licensed Real Estate Agent for Properties of The Villages. Initially helping to kick start the Revitalization project in the original Villages neighborhoods of Orange Blossom Gardens and Silver Lake, she went on to be an active team member for Newly Constructed Home Team. Sara was also a co-owner and operator of a successful Estate Sale company exclusively serving our community for 4 years. Her father, Mike, has worked for The Villages for over 35 years. Her family has passionately served Florida’s Friendliest Hometown for decades.

Sara’s husband, Brett, has been a licensed sales representative for Properties of The Villages since 2017. They live in Oxford Oaks, a “family-friendly” neighborhood nearby with their German Shorthaired Pointer, Kaia. Sara and Brett enjoy cooking, trying new restaurants and hanging out with friends. They love taking Kaia for long walks around the neighborhood, although Kaia would say she prefers golf car rides around The Villages town squares! They also enjoy being out on the water fishing or scalloping. Anything they can do to enjoy the year-round, beautiful Florida weather! Brett and Sara are expecting their first child, a little girl, in August of 2024. They can’t wait for her to grow up in this wonderful community and attend The Villages Charter School, just like her mom!
