Samantha is a Florida native and has been dedicated to working and serving others in The Villages since 1992. She started at her dad’s home improvement business, “Orange Blossom Home Improvements” in the original area of The Villages. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from UCF and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from UWF. She enjoyed 17 wonderful years of teaching at The Villages Charter School.
Samantha has had the amazing opportunity of watching The Villages grow over the years and feels so blessed to be involved in the community. “It is a community like no other. It has grown vastly over the years, but still maintains its high values and hometown feeling.”
Samantha and her charming husband, Ronnie, share a blended family of four children, Walter, Elora, Alex and Mari, and their excitable pooch, Oakley. She enjoys soaking up the Florida sunshine, especially while navigating through the beautiful freshwaters of Florida’s lakes and rivers. She also enjoys a nice glass of wine with her friends.
Samantha’s southern roots and family values of honesty, relationships, and integrity are what guide her in her life and business. She has a passion for people and her ability to connect with them is truly a gift. She has a natural skill set for listening and understanding the needs of her customers in order to create lifelong relationships.
