Sam has lived his entire life near The Villages. He attended The Villages Charter Schools from 2000-2012, becoming the first class to go from 1st grade to 12th grade in the school program. Growing up in Central Florida, Sam spent most of his childhood outdoors fishing, hunting, and playing sports. Sam was a member of the 2011-12 District Champion Football team as well as the Goalkeeper for the soccer team at The Villages Charter High School.

Both of Sam’s parents work inside The Villages; his mother Ladonna Zimmerman has been with Properties of The Village for over 22 years, and his father Scott Sullivan has been working with Citizens First Bank for over 30+ years. Having seen firsthand the love and dedications his parents put into their work here in The Villages, Sam was eager to get his entrepreneurial start and begin contributing to this amazing community. His very first job was at Arnold Palmer Legends where he got to experience a lot of hard work, responsibility, and customer service. Most recently, Sam was employed at The Villages Golf cars in Brownwood Paddock Square where he sold golf cars; one of The Villages special ways of transportation.

In his free time, Sam enjoys being outside as much as possible. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hike, backpack, kayak, and camp at National Parks all over the country. His favorite place he has been so far is Acadia National Park in Maine. Sam grew up a huge Florida Gator fan and loves to tailgate on the weekends and hang out with his friends. Occasionally you will see Sam riding around town with his side-kick Rocco, his one-year old Boxer pup hanging out the passenger window.
