Rolynn was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to Parkland, Florida at the age of 15. She attended the University of Central Florida and received her degree in Business Management. Rolynn’s professional background was primarily in the healthcare industry where she was employed for a healthcare organization in the Greater Orlando area. With her extensive experience in customer service and patient experience, Rolynn has a great understanding of putting clients’ needs first.

Rolynn’s parents, Ron and Carmen, have called The Villages home since 2016. They enjoy live entertainment and have attended numerous concerts at the Savannah Center and Sharon Morse Performing Arts Center. They also love the active lifestyle, and you can find them strolling around their neighborhood every morning with their friends. Rolynn’s dad has played countless water volleyball games, and her mom has played many mahjong and card games, as well as attended various workout group classes.

Besides the lifestyle, Rolynn’s parents can’t stop raving about how great the community is and the opportunities available for everyone. Having an interest in real estate, Rolynn left the corporate world to explore the real estate industry and what it has to offer. One thing she knew was that she only wanted to be a part of The Properties of The Villages because of all the great and positive things she’s heard from residents and guests about how they are treated and valued.

Outside of work, Rolynn spends a lot of time with her family watching movies. Like her parents, she also loves attending concerts. She travels to different places with her husband Peter and, so far, their favorites are Boston and Houston. She considers herself a foodie and is willing to try new food as long as it’s not spicy. She also likes to bake and one day hopes to perfect her chocolate chip cookie recipe and banana bread recipe.

Rolynn is an enthusiastic and dedicated individual whose number one goal is to make it easy for you to find your next dream home. She’s willing to assist in any way possible, and she can’t wait to get to know and work with you!
