Philip Mort

Properties of The Villages

Phil Mort, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, studied kinesiology in college. Driven by his passion for health and wellness, post-graduation he worked as an orthopedic trauma consultant in medical sales in Charlotte, North Carolina. He later transitioned through various clinical sales specialties before landing in his most impactful role – minimally invasive surgical oncology consulting – offering surgeons, and by extension their patients, innovative and previously unavailable cancer treatment options. Having the opportunity to positively affect a patient’s quality of life for the better fueled Phil’s passion and purpose.

Phil and his wife, Christina, frequently visited her parents for vacation after they retired in The Villages. For years they would search for a family-friendly community like The Villages but never found a match. With longstanding interest in real estate, Phil merged this passion into a career, after moving with Christina and their three young daughters to Middleton to be closer to her parents.

As a real estate professional, Phil’s passion and purpose are still fueled by positively affecting a customer’s quality of life… although now, a far different “product” than previous, the end outcome is still very much the same. “I’m blessed to be here, and honored for the opportunity to earn the right to help others find their little slice of peace. This place was built from the heart, and you can feel it. Without hesitation, I knew immediately I needed to be a part of The Villages. They have something very special here.”

“Every Adversity, every failure and every heartache carries with it the seed of an equivalent, or greater benefit.”
