Philip is a Florida native from the Ocala area. He enlisted in the United States Air Force as a Munitions Systems Analysis technician at the age of 19. Philip then transitioned into the Air Force Reserve Command and was stationed at Patrick AFB from 2009-2018. While stationed here, Philip attended the Golf Academy of American in Orlando, Florida where he received a degree in Golf Management with a specialty as a Golf Teaching Professional. Philip then enlisted in the Florida Air National Guard in Jacksonville, Florida. After serving 21 years, he retired as a Master Sergeant and was living in Ocala, Florida when he decided to begin his Sales Representative career.

Philip is married to his amazing wife, Kathy Lee. Kathy Lee works with Buffalo Crossings Assisted Living facility and together they have 5 children. His oldest son, Tyler, followed in his father’s military footsteps and joined the Florida Army Guard. His oldest daughter, Maddie, works as a Lobby Host at Sawgrass Grove’s Sales office. Philip’s middle son, Ethan, is now entering the 8th grade. Philip also has a 4 year old son, Hudson, and 2 year old daughter, Adalyn, that will be attending The Villages Charter School in the fall.

In his free time, he loves to play golf, pickleball, and any fun activity that he can enjoy with his family. Philip has been from the local area the majority of his life and has watched the growth of The Villages from its origin at Orange Blossom to what it is now today. He’s been attracted to the lifestyle The Villages offers and is passionate about helping others make their dreams come true. He knows the honor he has in assisting folks make the best decisions of their life in coming to The Villages and is committed to making his customers feel like family and having the best time of their lives.
