Paul Meola came to The Villages® community with 20 years of serving customers as the President and co-founder of O.R. Marketing, a medical distribution company headquartered in the Baltimore-Washington D.C. area. His old fashioned work ethic combined with a genuine interest in meeting people and understanding their needs has been a key to his success in sales and marketing.

In previous years, Paul worked as a Systems Engineer and District manager for the Hewlett Packard Company. He used what he learned from his Computer Science degree to help business customers understand and solve their computer technology needs.

Along with Laura, his wife of over three decades, Paul has been blessed with three children (Daniel, Jason and Mary) and two grandsons (Logan and Owen). He enjoys being outdoors whether it is hiking, biking, kayaking or mountain climbing. Always looking for a challenge, Paul, on his 50th birthday, summited Mount Kilimanjaro with his older son Daniel. He also has a passion for photography. Paul has shot professional photographs for corporate events and wedding engagements in addition to exhibiting landscape photography at art shows.

Paul has enjoyed volunteer service as a Boy Scout leader (20 years), a Retrouvaille (Marriage Ministry) leader (since 1987), photographer on mission trips to Haiti, and serving his local church in several capacities.
