Having grown up in Georgia, Patti brings true Southern hospitality, warmth, and genuine care to every relationship she builds. After earning her Business Degree in Marketing from Georgia State University, she moved to Austin, Texas, where she spent 17 successful years with Dell Technologies managing Fortune 500 accounts and helping support the company’s incredible growth and success. Her corporate background sharpened her skills in communication, attention to detail, follow-through, and delivering exceptional customer experiences — qualities her clients deeply value today.

Later, Patti followed her heart to the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee to raise her family and pursue her entrepreneurial spirit by opening a women’s gift boutique specializing in meaningful gifts for life’s most cherished moments. 

Family remains at the center of Patti’s life. She is the proud mother of three young adult children and a wonderful daughter-in-law. Her family visits The Villages often and has fallen in love with the vibrant lifestyle, strong sense of community, and the unique opportunities it offers both retirees and their families. She is trying a persuasive strategy to get them to relocate here but has not closed the deal yet. She is a diehard “SEC Super Fan” and enjoys the fall season watching college games.

Patti was first introduced to The Villages while supporting a friend undergoing breast cancer surgery. From her very first visit, she knew there was something truly special about this community and decided that day to move here. She often describes The Villages as “a little bit of heaven on earth.”

Patti is known for her servant’s heart, positive spirit, empathy, and sincere desire to help others thrive. She believes people should always feel better after interacting with her, and she approaches every client relationship with kindness, patience, professionalism, and excellence. Her goal is not simply to help people buy a home — it is to guide them with honesty, detailed education, strong communication, and thoughtful follow-up so they feel confident, cared for, and excited about their future.
