Born in Chicago, IL, Patrick spent most of his life in Chicago’s northern suburbs. Before entering the world of real estate, he served in the U.S. Marine Corps. After serving our country he obtained his B.S. in Technical Management and MBA from Northern Illinois University while enjoying a career in sales, finance, and information technology within the industrial distribution industry. His corporate roles focused on understanding customer situations to deliver the right solution. This experience, and his desire to make a difference in the lives of others, is a natural fit for real estate.

Patrick and his wife, Cathy, are full-time residents of The Villages, living in The Village of St. Catherine. Knowing they’d move to Florida after raising their family in Illinois they explored communities throughout Florida. Their search led them to book a lifestyle preview visit in The Villages. During their visit they decided to call The Villages home – simply, no other community compared! Soon after arriving, Patrick decided to help others find their dream community by joining Properties of The Villages as a real estate professional.

During his leisure time, Patrick enjoys pickleball, golfing, live music in the town squares, and traveling – especially cruising. Patrick and Cathy have one daughter, Ashley, and three sons, Andrew, Ryan, and Cameron. As their children have moved on after college to live across the U.S., they look forward to the holidays when they bring everyone back together under one roof.
