Patricia began her career with Properties of The Villages in the contracts department in 2002.  She moved into the sales department in 2004 where she has enjoyed many successful years as a licensed real estate professional.  The journey has been very exciting and fun for Patricia, and she looks forward to many more successful years.  

Patricia, one of six siblings, was born at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Fairborn, Ohio.  Her father had a successful 30-year career in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer and pilot.  Patricia was educated all over the world.  She attributes her ability to adapt to any situation from her extensive exposure to various cultures and customs growing up in a military family.  

Patricia was married to her best friend, Bill, for 20 years.  As the circle of life goes Bill passed away and is in heaven.  He is greatly missed by his family.  Bill served 21 years in the U.S. Navy in our submarine force.  He was a wonderful husband, father, and patriot.  He loved his God and his country.  

In her spare time Patricia enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, Bible study  and worshiping at her local church fellowship.  Patricia loves The Villages lifestyle as her neighborhood has a very active social group with monthly socials, a weekly golf group, and gatherings for cards or Mexican Train.  Patricia has experienced the true reason why Florida’s Friendliest Hometown is the best retirement community because it is the people who make up The Villages.

Having the privilege of working in this family business called Properties of The Villages has been a life-changing experience.  Patricia’s past work experience was in the “corporate” environment so working in a family business setting has been the most rewarding experience of her working career.  The greatest feeling of success is the last “thank you” note Patricia receives from a customer whose life has been changed by moving to The Villages.

Being able to assist people with selecting their retirement home and watching their eyes light up when they find that dream home is the only reason to be in the real estate  business in The Villages.  It is truly a blessing and privilege to be of service to the people I meet.  I look forward to meeting you soon!
