Pat White has been with The Villages Sales Team since 1993. Originally from Marion, Kansas, Pat grew up in a large family of 8 children. Her surviving sibling lives in Stagecoach, Colorado. Pat graduated from Business College in Salina, Kansas and has held her real estate license since 1969. She also has her brokers’ license and continues to attend real estate courses to stay up to date with the ever-changing market.

Pat and Wayne have been married since 1966. Together they built their current home on three acres and have lived there since 1976. Pat and Wayne have three sons, Judd in St. Augustine, Jeff in Tampa, and Patrick in Melbourne. Their two grandchildren, Jack and Jordan, are in college.

Pat and Wayne love to travel, and often called their “trips to nowhere”, and enjoy exploring the beautiful country we are blessed to live in, plus enjoy cruising as a great getaway! They also enjoy family and friends, playing cards, dining out and trying new restaurants.

Pat has been recognized year in and out for Sales Excellence and taking care of her owners and clients. She enjoys helping her residents, whether it’s taking them to the hospital, doctors, dropping off dinner for them, or working with them through tough situations. She finds it rewarding when she can give back to her residents and friends. Hospice is also one of her heartfelt charities she enjoys working with.
