Pam knew from her first visit in 2017 that The Villages was the place she wanted to call “home.” Getting here had some twists and turns along the way – born in Michigan, raised in Maryland, she and her husband moved to North Carolina to raise their three kids.

Pam began her professional career in the television industry working in production on shows such as Inside Edition, America’s Most Wanted, the Discovery Channel and a 12-part documentary series for the Library of Congress. After raising three children, her creative side took over and she began working in interior design and became a professional home stager, which naturally led to her love of real estate.

After becoming a licensed real estate agent in NC in 2016, she was honored to be awarded the Rising Star Award her first year, going on to be among the top 10% of her brokerage’s agents world-wide. Pam says that honor comes from her true passion for helping others and absolutely LOVING what she does. She looks forward to continuing that success in helping her fellow Villagers achieve their real estate goals.

Pam is also passionate about giving back and cherishes her volunteer time with the Tunnel to Towers Foundation – helping to organize and sponsor the Wake Forest, NC 5K race from 2018 to 2022. She is incredibly excited to serve as the Race Director for the upcoming 2023 Villages Tunnel to Towers 5k race. An avid tennis player, Pam volunteered her time and tennis skills to her local community and was honored to be named Volunteer of the Year for the Raleigh, NC USTA (United States Tennis Association) in 2017.

While she is absolutely focused on real estate and design, her true passion is her family – husband, Jeff, three kids – Rob, Jordan, and Jack, and her two dogs – Marley & Finn. When not helping Villagers as their trusted real estate advisor, you’ll find her on the tennis courts, pickleball courts, or on the beach soaking up the amazing Florida sunshine.
