Paige Mikesell joined the Properties of The Villages as a new Sales Representative in 2021. Paige grew up and spent much of her early life in Marblehead, Massachusetts. She graduated from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She spent nearly 25 years in sales in the consumer-packaged goods industry, working for PepsiCo and Keurig Dr Pepper selling well-loved brands such as Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Tropicana, Dr Pepper & Snapple.

On a personal level, Paige’s family is located all over the US. She has an older sister in Cove, Oregon, a twin sister in San Diego and a brother in Fort Collins, Colorado. Her father and his wife live in The Villages. And she is blessed to have a host of niece and nephews.

Paige has a passion for sports. Growing up in coastal Marblehead, she sailed and raced boats with her friends and family. She was also involved in the local badminton club, and she played collegiate tennis. Today you will find her on the pickleball court and golf course in her spare time as she looks to improve her skills in both sports. For fun, Paige loves to travel, with cruising and adventure travel at the top of her list. Paige also enjoys spending time in the kitchen, as she took many cooking classes at Kendall College, a culinary school in Chicago during her time there. (Paige lived in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood for 11 years before moving to The Villages).

Paige fell in love with The Villages while visiting her father and his wife in 2013. The community and the lifestyle keep them ageless, and it inspired Paige to change career paths and become a licensed Florida real estate sales representative with Properties of The Villages. While growing up in Marblehead, Paige’s mother was a successful real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Hunneman & Company before she passed away. Paige saw first-hand the time, service, and passion her mother gave to those she represented, and she’s committed to making her mom proud by following in her footsteps and providing gracious support for her customers.

Paige is now a resident of The Villages in Florida and is looking forward to serving this vibrant community. Paige’s goals have always been to provide excellent customer service with trust and integrity, and she’ll now have the pleasure of working with those looking to fulfill their retirement dreams.
