Noah Roma has grown up in the surrounding Lake and Sumter County area, but The Villages is where he’s grown the most. He attended The Villages Charter School which provided him with the opportunity to watch this community grow into what it is today. At the Charter School he participated in the Engineering academy, where not only was he able to use his mathematic knowledge to his best ability, but he also discovered his skills in team building and problem-solving. Meanwhile, he spent most of his summers visiting family in Upstate New York and his weekends working on home projects and quality time with his fiancé.

After attending college in Orlando, he decided to return to The Villages. He began working for The Villages as a Lobby Host and then made his way to Guest Coordinator, where he learned to build relationships and serve this community. His dad has worked for The Villages and has been helping retirement dreams come true for over 18 years. Over the years he has taught Noah that a good “salesman” ensures that both parties are happy with the result. Seeing the passion, care, and diligence his dad has put into The Villages over the years has only convinced Noah even more about how truly special this community is.
