Nick was born and raised in Ocklawaha, Florida, just outside The Villages. After graduating from the University of Florida, he began his career as a teacher before becoming a school administrator, where he developed a passion for serving others, building relationships, and helping families make important life decisions.

Along the way, Nick married his wife, Sam, and together they built a life and are raising their four children: Sutton, Ellis, Truett, and Rooney.

When he’s not helping guests or residents, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, camping, and playing just about any sport, with a particular love for rugby, where he values teamwork, discipline, and competition. He also enjoys caring for his bonsai trees and honeybees with his children.

Nick’s connection to The Villages began long before his real estate career. His grandparents moved to the community in 1995, and as a young boy he watched The Villages grow from its early years into the destination it is today. After his grandfather passed away, his grandmother continued to live independently for another 15 years while never needing a driver’s license, thanks to the community’s golf car friendly lifestyle. That experience left a lasting impression on him.

That connection inspired Nick to pursue a career with Properties of The Villages. He is passionate about helping others discover not just a home, but a community and lifestyle that have meant so much to his own family. He is excited to guide people through one of life’s biggest decisions while introducing them to a place that offers a lifestyle unlike anywhere else.
