Nicholas is originally from Massachusetts but considers himself a Florida native as he grew up locally in Lake County Florida. His parents, who are originally from Greece, instilled in him strong family values and work ethics. From a young age, Nicholas had the pleasure to see The Villages grow into what it has now become while working at his family’s business, Takis Greek/Italian restaurant.

After High School, Nicholas studied business management at Lake Sumter College, and then moved to New York City to study acting where he lived for 8 years.

Although Nicholas had a love for Theater, he had many other interests he pursued, ranging from hospitality and restaurant management to high-end retail. In 2014 he decided to venture out and join the real estate industry where he focused his attention on local markets which he found to be the most rewarding.

Nicholas is a full-time real estate agent and has been servicing Buyers and Sellers in The Villages since 2016. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering outstanding customer service. In his first year working with The Villages, he was recognized as “Rookie of The Year,” earning 3 awards, and the one for “Highest Sales to Listing Ratio” is what he is most proud of.

Nicholas is a world traveler and has been to 30 different countries and lived in 6 different metropolitan cities in the US. When he’s not making dreams come true, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, music, soccer, and cooking great Greek food – OPA!
