Monica is a true native Floridian who was born in Miami. She has lived in Florida most of her life. She attended high school while living in Daytona Beach Shores. After graduation she attended Daytona Beach State College where she obtained her Associate of Arts Degree.

Then, she was off to join the Air Force where she became an air traffic controller. Talk about a stressful job… but Monica tackled it with ease! After her term in the Air Force was complete, she moved to Boca Raton to work on finishing her degree with Florida Atlantic University. She then enjoyed a career in the construction and building industry for 7 years before having the first of her four children.

After the birth of her daughter, Monica decided to move to Sumter County to be closer to her family. She was amazed at how much The Villages had grown from orange groves and cow pastures to the city it is today. It was at this time, which is now 10 years ago, that she changed career paths and became a Licensed Real Estate Professional. In her first year with Properties of The Villages she received “Rookie of The Year” honors. Since then, Monica has gone on to receive her “Over 40 Homes Sold A Year” Ring. She and her husband love their life here while raising their children. “I have fallen more in love with the culture that the Morse family has created and am honored that all four of my children are able to attend The Villages Charter School.”

Monica’s true passion is helping others and prides herself on treating others how they would want to be treated. She is a woman of faith and very family oriented. She looks forward to helping others make their dreams come true in The Villages.
