Monica is a true native Floridian, born in Miami and raised along the beautiful shores of Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach. After graduating high school, she earned her Associate of Arts degree from Daytona State College — and then took off (literally!) to serve in the U.S. Air Force as an air traffic controller.

After completing her service, Monica returned to Florida, completed her degree at Florida Atlantic University, and spent seven years in the construction and building industry. Over the last decade, Monica has become one of the area’s most trusted Real Estate Professionals. She was named “Rookie of the Year” in her first year with Properties of The Villages and has since earned the prestigious “Over 40 Homes Sold A Year” rings. In fact, there’s even a street named after her — Moffitt Lane — in the Village of Shady Brook.

She and her husband are proud to be raising their four school-aged children in The Villages where they all attend The Villages Charter School. Their fifth and oldest child is a college student currently studying in Brazil. This is more than a job for Monica — it’s her home, her community, and her calling.
