Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Mitchell Waxler grew up alongside his older brother and younger sister, creating lifelong memories with family and friends. Some of his favorite experiences growing up included taking Disney cruises with not only his immediate family, but also cousins and close family friends. Moments that helped shape his appreciation for connection, relationships, and quality time with loved ones.

Growing up, Mitchell stayed active and competitive through sports, developing a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset at an early age. During high school, he focused heavily on athletics, playing for three years on the varsity basketball team while also competing on the varsity bowling team.

Following high school, Mitchell attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where he studied entrepreneurship. During his time in college, he worked in the hospitality industry, continued playing basketball in men’s leagues, and traveled throughout the United States. These experiences helped strengthen his passion for connecting with people from all walks of life and delivering exceptional service.

Professionally, Mitchell pursued his entrepreneurial dream by opening his own café in Clermont, Florida, where he proudly served the community with healthy offerings including fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, and more. Through business ownership, he gained valuable experience in customer service, communication, and building lasting relationships.

Today, Mitchell is excited to bring his passion for serving others to The Villages. You will find that his approachable personality, strong communication skills, and dedication to helping others make the homebuying experience simple, exciting, and enjoyable.
