Mike Fink has been with Properties of The Villages since 2011. Mike studied Business Management at the University of Louisville, KY. While in college he worked at the air regional office of United Parcel Service. After graduation, Mike took a job with a new restaurant concept in April of 1990 – the Outback Steakhouse. He was part of the very first franchise group to start with Outback and the store where he worked was the 11th to open. Eighteen years later, Mike was recruited to open the Bonefish Grill here in The Villages, where he was the Managing Partner for over two years before joining our amazing real estate family here at Properties of The Villages.

Mike was blessed with twins, a boy and girl. In December 2022 he took a trip to Washington D.C. with them. He says, “It’s always good to get them together as twins because they reunite in their bonding after not seeing each other for a period of time.” Ashtyn’s passion is to travel and experience the world and our country. She is finishing her final year in college and is considering getting her master’s degree. Hayden is enjoying working with Lenhart Electric, doing newly constructed homes in Ocala and The Villages. He loves spending his time off riding motorcycles and mountain bikes.

“In addition to spending time with my family, I love to cook and create new dishes and play golf.” A fun fact: he used to ride long distance fundraising trips on a unicycle!

Mike feels that, just like in the restaurant business, you should increase your sales and customer base each and every year. He has had the opportunity to do just that here. For the year ending in 2022, Mike continues setting and breaking new records for himself, and for the fifth time, Mike was awarded another diamond for his Sales Excellence Ring.

“Properties of The Villages is a very positive work environment. I really enjoy the fact that I play a huge role in making people’s day to day lives better. I enjoy seeing people in their retirement years really having fun. There never seems to be a dull moment working with this real estate team.”
