Michele has been a listing and sales representative with Properties of The Villages since February, 2003. She began her career in The Villages with SunCentral Realty, where she concentrated on listing and selling pre-owned homes. Then, upon the merging of SunCentral Realty and The Villages, she broadened her expertise to add new home sales as well. She has consistently been a top producer, finding herself in the top 10 percent of the company!

Born and raised in The Bronx, New York, and then moving to Fair Lawn, New Jersey, as a teenager, she graduated from Fair Lawn High School. From there Michele attended Capital University, University of North Carolina and Central Florida Community College to obtain her real estate licenses. Continuing education remains at the top of her list so that she can keep abreast of all industry updates and changes. She is a past board member and president of the Charlotte Regional Mortgage Lenders Association, where she was also named “Mortgage Banker of the Year” for 2001-02.

Michele and her husband, Bob, have two beautiful children and four wonderful grandsons. Their daughter, Sharyn, and her two sons, Kenny and Kyle, live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Sharyn is director of marketing for a large chiropractic/wellness center. Their son, Alan, and his wife, Leah, live in Johns Creek, Georgia with their two sons, William and Andrew. Alan is a manufacturers’ representative and Leah has her hands full with the boys!

In her spare time, which seems to be rare, Michele loves college sports, being with family and friends, traveling and an occasional round of golf. Having lived in Columbus, Ohio, Charlotte, North Carolina and now The Villages, her favorite college teams are The Ohio State Buckeyes, North Carolina Tarheels and South Carolina Gamecocks. Growing up in The Bronx and within walking distance to Yankee Stadium…go Yankees!

She has dedicated her career to helping people move to The Villages from all over the US, Canada and even Europe, with some moving from one home to another right here. Many of the customers she has worked with have bought and sold multiple times! Her drawers are full of thank you letters, which include phrases such as:
