Michael grew up in Sumter County Florida and had the pleasure of watching the beginning of The Villages development. He and wife Brooke have two amazing little girls, Maci 9, and Adelyn 3. Brooke also works for The Villages, and shares the same passion for our community. Michael and his family have lived near The Villages for quite a long time, and also have family members currently living out their dreams enjoying the one-of-a-kind lifestyle that The Villages offers.

After high school Michael attended college in Orlando, where he worked part time as a meat cutter for a local supermarket. He quickly found a passion for the field where he eventually progressed into a position in management. His favorite aspect of working in customer service was getting the opportunity to meet and serve many folks from all walks of life on a daily basis.

Michael was given the opportunity to start a new career with The Villages as a Guest Coordinator, helping folks make their dreams come true by assisting them with visiting our amazing community and sampling The Villages lifestyle. He quickly learned that The Villages core values aligned perfectly with his own. Hospitality, Stewardship, Creativity and Innovation, and Hard Work are all values Michael already practiced in both his work and personal life. As a Guest Coordinator he enjoyed creating and cultivating long lasting relationships and helping folks experience everything this spectacular hometown has to offer.

Michael transitioned from Guest Coordinator to Licensed Real Estate Professional making dreams come true with boots on the ground. “I am excited to get the opportunity to serve you, and I look forward to guiding you in finding your next big adventure in life!”
