When you think about the life you want to live, what does that look like? What do you see in your community? Your neighborhood? Where do you want to go for fun? For peace? If we could find a place where all of those answers came together harmoniously, would it be worth a look? A minute to slow down and absorb?

Mary’s family answered all the same questions and took the leap by moving from the Hudson Valley to The Villages! Well, the family section that is. Clay and Maeve, her beautiful children, love visiting Grandma and Grandpa in The Village of Largo every week to go alligator hunting or eat ice cream at Scooples. The children have adjusted well in transitioning to The Villages Charter School.

Mary, a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, majored in International Trade & Marketing and minored in Clothing Design. She has had the privilege to work for a few American couture houses and some of the largest clothing brands in the country. Living and working in the Big Apple was incredible. She even met her husband of 13 years, Garrett, in a “love at first sight” chaotic city rush moment. After 20 years of service with the New York City Police Department, Garrett retired in 2023 as a police officer and delegate. They love and will always support their Blue Family.

After marriage and children, she pivoted her career by becoming a realtor in the Hudson Valley, NY and Northern New Jersey area in 2016. Her design skills, ability to “think outside the box” and pivot quickly, was critical to her success with homeowners, buyers, and investors.
