Mary Cook moved to The Villages in 2000 and initially started as a designer at Southern Lifestyles Furnishings. In 2003 she joined the sales team at Properties of The Villages. Mary was born and raised in the northern part of Michigan where she went to school at Saginaw Valley State College. Mary is the proud mom to 3 sons; Nathan, Dean and Blake. She also loves to travel, sing, dance and golf.

She loves everything about her career in The Villages and is focused on high levels of customer service and providing support and counsel to buyers looking for either new or pre-owned homes as well as with sellers of pre-owned homes. Mary has her own staging service for all of her listings and she prides herself in having a reputation of high quality appropriately priced listings that have the greatest chance of selling at the highest price and the quickest amount of time.
