Marion Evans is a young man who has had the opportunity to see The Villages grow into what it is today. He has lived fairly close to The Villages all his life and even had a chance to attend The Villages Charter High School growing up. Both of Marion’s parents currently work in The Villages. His father pumped concrete for nearly ten years in The Villages, a job which Marion had a chance to be a part of for many summers. His mother is a Lobby Host who serves all of our residents and future residents with the utmost care. Marion’s goal is to make dreams come true, The Villages made his dreams come true and what better way to give back than serving you!

Just like his mother, Marion was a Lobby Host while he attended high school where he developed a burning desire to serve. He doesn’t believe in going above and beyond because there is no limit on what you could do for someone. He loved that idea so much that after graduating and attending college, Marion became a Guest Coordinator here in The Villages and helped folks everyday come one step closer to reaching their dream.

Working with future residents every day Marion learned to listen, encourage, and advise. Marion soon developed an understanding that no two are alike and in order to serve at a high level every situation has to be treated differently. So, Marion prides himself on the ability to listen and advise. You can expect to feel relaxed, comfortable, and provided with the most genuine care. Not only that but expect to smile, laugh and have a good time.

Marion enjoys sports and outdoor ventures such as mudding and fishing. In high school he played football, basketball, and baseball. He did play college football at Jacksonville University for a year prior to returning to The Villages and becoming a Licensed Real Estate Professional. He enjoys exercising and was once a part of the Sales & Marketing softball team. He regularly attends and volunteers at the high school sporting events here at The Villages Charter School.
