Mandy grew up watching both of her parents dedicate themselves to helping others and always giving back to their community. As a pastor’s daughter, she witnessed first-hand the value of hard work, dedication, and serving people. After a successful twenty-year career in education, Mandy decided she wanted to continue to help others achieve their goals and reach their dreams and was ready for a new path! “I get to fall in love with The Villages every day. This community is beautiful, and it is the people that make this place special.”

Mandy is South Carolina born, Leesburg, Florida raised. Mandy is a proud graduate of Leesburg High School and Lake Sumter College. After Lake Sumter College, Mandy moved to Orlando and continued her education at the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in corporate training and vocational education. Mandy also has a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from American College of Education. During her career in education, she coordinated multiple district and federal programs, including AVID and 21st Century Community Learning Center. With a love for learning, Mandy embraces the challenges that come with a dynamic and ever evolving market like The Villages.

In 2010, Mandy married her favorite person, Ben, who is also a sales representative for Properties of The Villages. She loves spending time with her husband, their cat Frank, and their two dogs Baxter and Cooper. For fun, Mandy enjoys tap dancing, which she began learning at the age of 4.
