Machele Seiver joined Properties of The Villages as a licensed Real Estate Professional in 2017 after she decided The Villages was the perfect place for her. She fell in love with Florida’s natural beauty, as well as the plethora of activities, multiple entertainment venues, and just plain FUN that The Villages offers! She feels so blessed to be close to her golfing and pickleball-playing sister Debi, and brother-in-law Steve, as well as all of the phenomenal people from all over the world she’s met here since becoming a Villager!

Originally from the Peoria, Illinois area, Machele earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in English, certification in Secondary Education, an M.A. (Master’s of Arts) in Teaching and Leadership, and a second M.A. in Education Administration, and completed ABD of a PhD in Teaching and Learning from Illinois State University. She is the proud mother of two boys, Jacob and Lucas. Jacob is a pharmacist practicing in Naperville, IL, and Lucas is a cardiovascular technologist in the cath lab at The Villages Regional Hospital.

Prior to joining Properties of The Villages, Machele spent 25 years as a National Board-Certified high school English teacher and college composition professor helping her students make their dreams come true, and now she’s helping make your retirement dreams come true! Whether in a classroom or in a Villages home, Machele’s greatest joy is developing positive, meaningful relationships with everyone she meets, and she is passionate about helping and serving others. She strives to improve her life and the lives of those around her every day. In her limited spare time, you may catch Machele relaxing on her lanai in The Village of St. Catherine with a book in her hand, whipping up another new recipe in her beautiful kitchen, or dancing to one of her favorite bands at the square!
