After relocating from the Midwest, Luke has grown to understand and love how The Villages has such a positive and profound impact on the lives of so many residents. Before moving to central Florida, Luke lived in Kansas City. Like so many residents, Luke was drawn to The Villages by the warm weather, beaches, and a great place to work. 

In 2019, Luke’s work ethic drove him to be a top sales associate in his first full year in golf car sales. In January of 2020, Luke was recognized as a “Gold Producer” with The Villages Golf Cars. After falling more in love with The Villages, Luke knew he had more to give to this amazing community. In early 2021, Luke transitioned from The Villages Golf Cars and became a Licensed Real Estate Professional with the Properties of The Villages.

Luke is happily married to his wife Chelsea, and together they have two dogs, Penny and Tucker. Recently, they bought their first home in Oxford Oaks, a family community built by The Villages®. Luke and Chelsea love “do it yourself” projects. Ask Luke about his most recent project and you’ll be sure to hear a good story.

Luke also loves rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals despite Chelsea’s loyalty to the Tennessee Titans. Some activities that Luke and Chelsea enjoy together are playing tabletop games, spending time relaxing on the beach, and getting out to take a stroll around the neighborhood.
