Luke Harding is a native Floridian with deep roots in the community and a lifelong connection to The Villages. A graduate of The Villages Charter High School, Luke grew up just outside the community and witnessed firsthand its incredible growth and unique lifestyle.

Today, he lives in Middleton, a vibrant and growing part of the area, where he’s proud to be part of the next generation shaping the community’s future. He looks forward to starting a family here one day and building a life in the place that has given him so much.

Choosing hands-on experience over the traditional college path, Luke has built a diverse background in customer service, operations, insurance, and fitness, all of which shaped his strong work ethic, communication skills, and client-first mindset. His previous role as a Guest Coordinator allowed him to develop a deep understanding of what makes The Villages lifestyle so special and how to make every visitor feel welcome.

Known for his warm personality, local knowledge, and genuine passion for helping others, Luke is dedicated to guiding future residents through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. Whether he’s coordinating visits or simply answering questions, his goal is always the same: to help people feel at home.
