The Villages is Lisa Harsh’s hometown. She moved to the area in 1991 when her mother became a Villages resident and began her career with The Villages. Lisa joined the company shortly thereafter, married a Florida native, and her sons were born here. Both boys are The Villages Charter School graduates.

Lisa knows first-hand how much Villages residents appreciate all the aspects of living here, from the cleanliness, friendliness, safety, and the variety of fun-filled activities to fulfill their retirement dreams. Lisa’s grandparents also moved here from Iowa, and she watched them enjoy the last 10 years of their 67 years of marriage – dancing, bowling, golfing, and making new friends. Her Grandpa said they made more friends in the 10 years here than all the other 55 years of marriage! After moving to The Villages, they referred to themselves as recycled teenagers.

Lisa’s Villages career started in 1992 when she greeted guests in the Sales and Information centers. In 1994 she went to work for the home builders and remained there for 29 years. Lisa followed her heart in making the decision to join our sales team. She has been a part of almost every home built in The Villages, but she worked with the blueprints not the happy new homeowners. She now looks forward to personally meeting her guests that visit The Villages and helping them fulfill their retirement dreams.

Lisa knows that finding a perfect home is the byproduct of finding the perfect lifestyle. She understands that you have spent most of your life working toward your retirement and her goal is to discover what is important to you now and how she can help fulfill your dreams.

Lisa loves family time, football season (go Noles’), fishing, and boating. If your retirement plans include fishing, scalloping, or enjoying time on the Florida lakes and beautiful cool springs, she can be of great help to you in those areas also.

You will enjoy Lisa’s enthusiasm, knowledge, and attention to detail. What is most important to you will become most important to her.

Lisa’s dream is that everyone will have the opportunity to live in The Villages and feel as blessed as she does.
