Leah is a true native Floridian, born and raised in Leesburg. Growing up in Lake County, she had the privilege of watching The Villages grow into what it is today. Leah is a graduate of Florida State University, with a bachelor’s degree in child development, and a master’s degree in educational leadership. She taught locally for 13 years and had the wonderful opportunity to teach at The Villages Charter School. Gaining first-hand insight into the amazing possibilities The Villages has to offer, Leah jumped at the opportunity to move into the Sales role to help welcome others to this vibrant community.

As a former teacher with a passion for helping others, Leah brings patience, communication, and a commitment to lifelong learning into every transaction. Having spent years in education, she understands the importance of listening, guiding, and making complex processes feel simple and stress-free. Leah carries these values into everything she does, offering a personalized experience rooted in trust and integrity.

In her spare time, you can find Leah and her husband keeping up with their two beautiful daughters, attending all their sporting, dance, and extracurricular activities, boating, and enjoying the outdoors.
