Lauren Leonard was born in Toms River, New Jersey, to parents who grew up in nearby Point Pleasant. Work opportunities brought her family here to The Villages, with Lauren, just 3 years old. Her father worked as a lead pressman for The Daily Sun for 10 years, while Lauren has been serving The Villages herself in many different roles since 2000. You may recognize her, as she spent the majority of those years working in the hospitality business, building relationships and delivering exceptional service to her customers.

Family is extremely important to Lauren, who gives credit for her best qualities to her family. One she prides herself on and strives to live by every day, is not to treat people as you would want to be treated, but to treat them better! She has three sisters, close not only in age but in their relationships. Blessed with three children, which have been a proud Village’s Charter School family since 2008. She enjoys playing tennis, vacationing to new places, and making the most out of each and every moment.

Her passion for our community and our residents is infectious. Just being in her presence you can feel the joy she carries to be doing what she loves, helping make people’s dreams come true! Friends and family describe her as patient, loving, sincere, and that special person who will go above and beyond in terms of service to others.
