Lance began his real estate career in 2004 when he joined Sharon at Re/Max. This new adventure followed 16 successful years in the building products industry, where he previously worked for a Chicago based regional flooring distribution company, then an international roofing and waterproofing manufacturer with 13 facilities across the United States. He was promoted several times from NY/NJ Outside Sales, to Nation Product Manager, then National Marketing Manager, and eventually Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region.
Sharon’s parents, Bill and Carolyn, built their dream home in The Villages in 2005. It was then that Sharon and Lance began focusing on moving near their family in The Villages. By 2012, Sharon and Lance made their own real estate dreams come true of selling real estate in The Villages!
Lance and Sharon are very proud of their three children: Scott and Pam, who are thriving in Atlanta, Georgia, and Jennifer, who graduated from The Villages Charter School, and is attending the University of North Florida.
