Originally from New Jersey, Kristy Greenwood fell in love with The Villages after her parents moved to The Villages in 2012. She quickly realized this is not only a fun place for her parents to live, but a great place to raise her children.

Kristy became part of The Villages family in 2013 when she worked at Southern Lifestyles, formerly The Villages furniture store. Kristy feels honored to have had the remarkable experience of watching the growth in The Villages over the last 11 years.

After working as a real estate assistant for Properties of The Villages for 7 years, Kristy’s dreams of becoming a sales representative came true. With her years of experience, there is no one better than Kristy to show you around and give you the true Hometown experience The Villages has to offer. Her love for community, friendly demeanor and wealth of knowledge will have you feeling right at home.

When Kristy isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family. Kristy has two children, Piper and Cooper, who are fortunate to attend The Villages Charter School. Piper has been playing golf through The Villages Junior Golf Program since she was in kindergarten and loves to hit the links. Cooper is a creative spirit who loves rocking out on his keyboard. Kristy is also a crazy chicken lady and loves collecting fresh eggs from her “girls” every day.
