Kim feels extremely fortunate and privileged to live and work in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown where she literally makes dreams come true. 

Kim has been selling real estate for 25 years. Her consistent perseverance, tenacity, negotiation and communication skills have always been key in building strong relationships. Kim is a focused listener, a trusted advisor and a fierce yet fair advocate. Her goal is to act with integrity, provide excellent customer service and always exceed her clients’ expectations.

Kim was born and raised in northern California. She graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After graduation, she moved to western Massachusetts where she received a Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Kim simultaneously started a career in real estate which became her passion and her sole focus. In her spare time, you can find her paddling in a Dragon Boat, running around a platform tennis court, playing water volleyball, or watching a polo match…just to name a few. She keeps God, family and friends closest to her heart.
