Kim and her family first came to The Villages in 2012 to visit her parents. They immediately fell in love with the community and knew they wanted to raise their family here. Since 2015, Kim’s children are proud members of the buffalo family attending The Villages Charter School. They currently call Middleton home. 

Originally from a small town in Illinois, Kim grew up playing softball, basketball, and volleyball. Through sports, she learned the importance of teamwork and dedication. Values that continue to guide her today.

After graduating from Western Illinois University, Kim became a high school mathematics teacher. As a former educator, she is thrilled to see the many learning opportunities available to Villagers who want to enrich their lives. 

Kim’s husband, Patrick, is a Sales Representative for Properties of The Villages, and his work sparked her own interest in real estate. Kim has a deep understanding of what makes The Villages special, from its lifestyle and activities to its strong sense of community and variety of home options. She’s ready to help you find your perfect place to call home.
