Kim was born in Miami, Florida and spent most of her early adulthood there. She grew up in a diverse culture with an emphasis on hard work, discipline, tenacity, and, most importantly, peoplehood! This foundation cultivated her passion to serve her community. Kim pursued this passion and earned a bachelor’s degree, in psychology, from Florida State University.

After graduation, Kim returned to South Florida to embark on her real estate journey. This decision was inspired by watching her Mom, a successful real estate agent, and her Uncle, a renowned developer in Pennsylvania. Kim gained experience in the field by working on the leadership team at a real estate brokerage where she managed the financials and operations for over 150 associates. A humanitarian by nature, Kim quickly realized that the real estate industry is where she belongs!

Kim has a supportive family. She has two siblings – Elyssa, an identical twin sister, and Jessica, a younger sister. Her Mom, Debbie Sander, also works as a sales representative at Properties of The Villages®. Her stepdad, Scott Sander, has served on the board of The Villages® Regional Hospital Foundation as well as on the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. When she is not working, Kim loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves the outdoors, animals, nature, playing basketball, running, working out, volunteering – you name it!
