Originally from Boise, Idaho, Kerri always knew that one day she would call Florida home. After moving to Florida in 2017, she discovered The Villages and immediately knew she had found the place where she wanted to build the next chapter of her life. Today, she’s proud to call this incredible community home and is passionate about helping others find their own perfect place here.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Kerri dedicated her professional life to serving others as a master’s-level social worker. Throughout her career, she worked extensively within the foster care system and both the adult and juvenile justice systems, advocating for individuals, solving complex challenges, and helping people navigate some of life’s biggest transitions. Those experiences shaped her compassionate, client-focused approach and taught her that every person deserves to feel heard, supported, and valued.

When the opportunity came to help others find not just a house, but a lifestyle they could truly love, joining Properties of The Villages felt like the perfect fit.
