Like many of you, Keri arrived in The Villages to begin a new chapter in her life. Her story started in the San Joaquin Valley of California where she was born and raised on her grandparents’ dairy farm. Growing up in a small agricultural community surrounded by hard-working families and neighbors laid the foundation for her life to come. The dedication, faith, and sense of wonder born there in that rural setting is what she draws upon to fulfill her role as your representative in The Villages.

Having left California after high school, she went on to attend college in Reno, Nevada where she studied English. There she met the love of her life, Brock, who would become her husband. As they began their own family, they continued the generational cycle of passing on their inherited values of hard work and dedication. Brock’s NFL career was the highlight of those early years. It not only kept life interesting, it also kept their family on the move. From Texas to Florida to Michigan and back to Florida, Keri’s strong family values held everyone together and provided stability in the midst of what could be described as a roller coaster ride. It was also at this time that Keri began homeschooling their children. After the oldest child graduated in Florida, they moved back out west for a time and added Oregon and Idaho to the list of places they called “home.” It was in Oregon that Keri’s twenty-year commitment to educating her children would be completed. All six children were high school graduates! With that season of life ended, the next step was up in the air until a prayer was answered.

Ultimately, a return to Florida was in the Master plan. With Keri at Properties of The Villages and Brock coaching football at The Villages High School, life is settling down. Back in the Sunshine State, the Marions are grateful to call The Villages their new hometown. You may find them enjoying a peaceful pace of life here walking the paths around their home together, cooling off at their neighborhood pool, or getting a bite to eat at a nearby restaurant.

Just as she does for her husband and children at home, Keri does for you in The Villages – she walks the road with you focusing on your personal goals and family priorities. The same passion that fueled her commitment to educate her own children spills over into an ongoing commitment to educate and empower you on your Villages journey.
