Living most of his life in the northeast, Ken was very happy to have the opportunity to relocate to sunny Florida and especially to relocate to The Villages. Ken and his wife, Katie (also a Sales Representative for The Villages), visited The Villages on a Lifestyle Preview Plan in 2019. While working in New Jersey, they both began working remotely in March of 2020 and were able to relocate to The Villages in the summer of 2020. It has been one of the best decisions they ever made.

Ken grew up in Bellmawr, New Jersey. He graduated from Richard Stockton University with a bachelor’s degree in business/accounting. While working full-time and raising his family, Ken continued his education at night earning an MBA in Finance from DeSales University and acquired his CPA while living in Pennsylvania.

Ken met his wonderful wife, Katie, on a ski trip to Killington, Vermont and they were married a little over a year later. Ken and Katie raised their three amazing daughters in a little town called Laurys Station, about an hour north of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Once their youngest daughter graduated from high school and went off to college, they moved back to New Jersey to be near the Jersey shore. Their oldest daughter is married and lives with her husband outside of Cleveland, Ohio and their middle and youngest daughters live in Colorado.

After working most of his career as a Senior Vice President of Finance for North America’s largest Property Management Company, which included thousands of 55 and older communities, or as Ken would say, 55 and better communities, Ken quickly discovered there was nothing as friendly, clean, safe, healthy and fun as The Villages. Life has been a dream come true in The Villages.

The Villages have provided the perfect community to build and enjoy new relationships. The many activities, clubs and sports that The Villages has to offer have provided the perfect opportunity to meet new friends. Ken plays in The Villages Senior Softball leagues and feels 20 years younger while participating in this fun and safe sport. He has developed great friendships, and his softball buddies are now like family. Ken and Katie have vacationed with several of these new friends and most recently took a river cruise through France with their new friends in The Villages.

Ken loves everything about The Villages and wants nothing more than for everyone to feel the same excitement, comfort, security, happiness and friendship that he and his wife have been so blessed to experience every day in The Villages.

Living in The Villages is truly a dream come true for Ken and Katie.
