In 1993 Kelly started here in The Villages at First Village Realty as an office manager and in 2003 she began her career selling real estate here in The Villages. In October 2004, she began working with Properties of The Villages and started selling new & pre-owned homes.

Originally, from Mobile, Alabama, Kelly attended Mobile College. Her husband, Malcolm, is a beekeeper and spends his time traveling around the country with his bees loving his job. Kelly’s daughter, Jennifer has been fortunate to travel extensively on a shoestring budget and loves traveling. She currently resides in Aspen Colorado and loves all the outdoor activities you find there.  Kelly loves to visit her brother who lives in Mobile Alabama and is the chief at the local fire station and a paramedic. When not working he is busy taking care of his horses. Malcolm’s daughter, Jessica moved to Umatilla with our 2 grandkids, so they are closer. The kids enjoy playing soccer and showing their animals from their 4H Club in the county fairs.

Kelly loves to travel and visit family whenever possible, even for a short weekend. Her goal is to visit our great country and see all the sights one by one. She also loves the beach and finds it quite relaxing to spend the day on her boogie board or reclining in her favorite chair.

Kelly has been in the top 10 percent of our real estate professionals here at Properties of The Villages for several years, a success that she attributes to how she treats her customers. “I treat my customers the way I would like to be treated or how I would like my family treated.” She is always looking forward to having fun when helping you achieve your goal.
