With a heart rooted in compassion and a genuine listening ear, Kathy Lee has dedicated much of her career to serving others. With a Marketing director background in assisted living and more than 20 years working on property in The Villages, she has had the privilege of helping residents embrace and enjoy all that this extraordinary community has to offer. Watching the remarkable growth of this master-planned community over the years has been both inspiring and rewarding, and she continues to be in awe of the lifestyle and opportunities available here.

Faith and family are the foundation that motivates Kathy Lee each day. She and her husband are proud parents of five children and were recently blessed with the joyful title of grandparents. Their family has deep roots in the local community, with their older children having attended charter schools in The Villages from Pre-K through graduation, while their two younger children are currently thriving in the same exceptional school system.

Her husband, a retired member of the United States Air Force and now a fellow sales representative, shares her passion for helping others achieve their dreams. Their son Tyler proudly serves in the United States Army, continuing the family’s commitment to service.

Together, Kathy Lee, and her husband Philip, are excited to help others navigate the next chapter of their lives. Having personally witnessed how living in The Villages can truly change lives, they are committed to providing an honest, trustworthy, patient, and dependable experience every step of the way. Their goal is to make each client feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the journey.

Outside of work, Kathy Lee treasures time with her family, especially their frequent trips to Disney. She also enjoys visiting her childhood hometown of Jupiter, Fl where she finds a true sense of peace and connection. She feels incredibly blessed to call Central Florida home and looks forward to helping others discover the lifestyle that makes this community so special.
