Kathy Granacki is proud to be a member of the sales team at Properties of The Villages. She enjoys helping others discover what makes The Villages such a unique and vibrant community.

While creating a successful Pet Care facility in Bend, Oregon, with her husband, Kathy developed a strong background in business and customer service. Their facility was known for exceptional care and strong client relationships. Through that experience, she developed the ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and deliver a high level of personalized assistance.

Along with her husband, Kathy built an AKC Samoyed breeding program earning top show honors at the most respected competitions in the country. Kathy understands the importance that pets play in our lives and how it may affect one’s decision in choosing a home.

While spending several years living aboard a boat, Kathy earned her 100-Ton Master Captain’s License. During her travels she learned to manage complex and ever-changing operational conditions. That experience strengthened her ability to stay calm under pressure, think clearly in high-stakes situations, and adapt quickly when circumstances required sound judgment and flexibility. She later transitioned from life on the water to life in The Villages, bringing a personal understanding of downsizing, change, and starting a new chapter.

After spending 17 years as a military spouse, Kathy has an in-depth understanding of relocation, transition, and the importance of finding a place to truly call home.

Known for her warm, approachable style and her commitment to listening first, Kathy enjoys getting to know people on a personal level. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable, informed, and excited to begin your next chapter as a resident of The Villages.
