Kathy joined The Villages sales team in 2010, but her real estate career began in Ohio and moved her to South Carolina and finally to The Villages.

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Kathy graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in industrial design/visual communication design. She worked as a freelance graphic designer while the kids were still in school and transitioned into real estate when they were in high school.

Kathy and her husband, Tim, have been married since 1985. Their son, Mason, calls Crested Butte, Colorado, home and their daughter, Mallory, and her family, Dan, Collins, and Wyatt, call Midlothian, VA home.

If Kathy wasn’t working nearly every day, she would love to spend more time creating and inventing. Her design background keeps her mind full of clever ideas that usually mean getting out her power tools and many trips to Home Depot! And if she leaves The Villages it’s usually on a plane bound for Richmond to spoil Collins and Wyatt!

Kathy proudly wears her sales excellence emerald ring that she received in 2012 and has added a diamond every year since then.
